Michigan 2013 6x8 Sn@p Scrapbook

I'm about to go to one of my favorite spots next week for a mini "glamping" getaway - the southwest coast of Michigan! I just love the lighthouses and quaint beach towns along that part of Lake Michigan. To stir my enthusiasm further, I started flipping through my 2013 Simple Stories Sn@p 6x8 album that contains two mini trips from last year- summer and fall. Both were amazing!

For the cover, I traced a photo of the South Haven lighthouse and cut it on my Silhouette Cameo, along with the words. Love my Cameo!!

Here's the first trip from Summer:

Hands down, Southwest Michigan sunsets are so beautiful!!

The "South Haven" words were cut on my Cameo. The @ page was included with the sn@p album. Sweet!

Gotta have our ice cream treats at Kilwins!

This was one of my first Sn@p albums so adding the cards was new to me. Very easy though! I actually worked on the Summer trip of this album while on the Fall trip. The girls were watching "Hocus Pocus" in the cabin while I was scrapping away!

We usually visit South Haven in early August for Blueberry Festival. Nothing like taking in a blueberry pie social!

And here's the Fall trip:

I used a divider to separate the trips. I just love that these are included with the Sn@p album. I took a picture of the construction sign and cut out the cool "SoHo" logo. Leave it to South Haven to make construction seem fun!

Jollay Orchards was a great place! And the cider donuts? Um, saying they taste good is definitely an understatement!

My girls and their friend enjoyed the rental bikes back at the campground. They really were #socool!

I look through this little album that was SO easy to put together and remember such fun memories. That is exactly what a scrapbook should do, right? YES!!

All of my supplies are Simple Stories products - I Heart Summer,  Harvest Lane, and one 3x4 card from the Him Sn@p pack. I have girls obviously, but many of the Him cards are great for my girls, too!

Thanks for visiting. Happy scrapping!
